Christina Primbas
President of Brightstar Innovations, Inc
Responsible for all day-to-day activities. Christina’s experience includes 40 years of real estate development and finance and has been involved in several billion dollars worth of real estate transactions. Her real estate experience is throughout the US and Europe. She has developed several housing and commercial properties including acquisition, structuring, zoning, design, and marketing. Current real estate transactions include multifamily, single family, commercial turnarounds, resorts, and theme parks
In addition, Christina has developed an expertise in the development of distressed properties by working with municipalities. Her reputation has evolved to the point where the public sector now seeks her out for advice and to present opportunities.
Garth Rockcastle

Mr. Rockcastle is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with domestic and international construction experience and operations for General Contracting, Design/ Build, and Civil/Infrastructure related projects.
Mr. Rockcastle has managed and operated construction companies from start-up through 500 million in market development.
